I am a licensed mental health counselor in the states of Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Texas, and Wyoming. I am a proud military spouse, which is why I have so many licenses 😊

My Master degrees were in School and Mental Health Counseling from Butler University.

I have over a decade of experience helping children, teens, adults and seniors with anxiety, grief and loss, women’s issues, infertility, depression, school issues, past trauma… and much more!

I have worked in the hospice setting for over four years, and previously to that was a volunteer grief and loss counselor for another four years! I have worked with individuals, couples, and families throughout my career. Some settings I have worked in are: community mental health, hospital outpatient, crisis settings including my local emergency room, and school settings throughout my career.
